There’s lots of homes for sale everywhere. That’s why prices are low.
If i remember the area right, the houses are pricey, and the economy is bad. Not a good combo.

because there has been a man eating beast in that area, hes gotten 36 people. oh but the view is lovely so all at it!
It was the attack of the Bill Clinton! He signed NAFTA and the jobs went to Mexico and then the housing bust happened and its all related and it’s not going to get any better soon no matter what the stock market is doing today because it’s being played with! Its called a false positive and you can buy a home if you want to but I’d wait until at least the middle of summer to make sure the market will stay the course!
