A great area would be be Centennial. Cherry Creek School district is really great. Nice communities and nice homes. There are a lot of new homes in the town of Parker. (Arapahoe Road and Parker) Check out Richmond Homes, Nyland Homes or DR Horton. You should look at some websites to get some ideas, but really a Realtor would be the best help. Remember when you are buying a home you don't have to pay Realtor fees, the Seller pays them. Check out www.coloproperty.com or www.realtor.com

Depends where exactly you are moving to. South West Denver is Littleton (Jefferson County) and South East Denver is Aurora. I no longer live in Colorado but I always preferred Jefferson County, however, you may be closer to Castle Rock. Denver area is huge and the traffic is awful. It really depends where you are moving from.
