		<description>I&#039;d agree with your husband.  I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a stable investment especially since you won&#039;t be there to see to the property.  Invest your money elsewhere and save the money for your down payment when you can buy a house.  Can you imaging flying to Texas or Colorado when ever you have tennant issues.</description>

You will have no way to keep an eye on the property to make sure it isn&#039;t being abused and if you hire someone to oversee it you&#039;ll be losing some money. It&#039;s not easy to find a trustworthy person to do this either.</description>
