Has anyone ever purchased a house from Oakwood Homes in the Denver area? Were you able to negotiate a purchase price or did they have a set home price they wanted unlike the way most builders negotiate pricing? How did the purchase go, do you feel you got a good price, any issues?

What are the best communities to purchase a home in Denver, Colorado area? I will be moving there next summer and my work location will be around the South of Denver area. I’m looking for an area with good schools, low crime, and nice track homes in the low to mid 300K range. Mostly interested in new homes (new tracks)! Thanks
I believe the company that I work for is moving to either Littleton or Greenwood Village. I am moving from Southern California and traffic is bad here, so any commute under 30 minutes is fantastic.
