What are the best communities to purchase a home in Denver, Colorado area? I will be moving there next summer and my work location will be around the South of Denver area. I’m looking for an area with good schools, low crime, and nice track homes in the low to mid 300K range. Mostly interested in new homes (new tracks)! Thanks
I believe the company that I work for is moving to either Littleton or Greenwood Village. I am moving from Southern California and traffic is bad here, so any commute under 30 minutes is fantastic.

I know that home-building costs vary greatly depending on the land, materials used, contractors, etc. I just want to get an idea of what it might cost us to build a 2000 sq ft log home in the mountains of Colorado. I’d love to hear from those of you who’ve had actual experience!

Can anyone tell me what the fair market compensation is for sales commission for the broker of a home sale in Colorado is? What should I consider fair for the seller of my home and the buyers agent?
