I need to how long this process will take. My home is in foreclosure the sale date was May 13th. I filed for bankruptcy in Texas March 25th. The home is in Colorado. My daughter lives in the home. How long will this bankruptcy delay the sale.

Has anyone ever purchased a house from Oakwood Homes in the Denver area? Were you able to negotiate a purchase price or did they have a set home price they wanted unlike the way most builders negotiate pricing? How did the purchase go, do you feel you got a good price, any issues?

when dog and the family goes to colorado they always stay in the same house…is that a home they own or do they just luck out and rent it repeatedly?

What are the best communities to purchase a home in Denver, Colorado area? I will be moving there next summer and my work location will be around the South of Denver area. I’m looking for an area with good schools, low crime, and nice track homes in the low to mid 300K range. Mostly interested in new homes (new tracks)! Thanks
I believe the company that I work for is moving to either Littleton or Greenwood Village. I am moving from Southern California and traffic is bad here, so any commute under 30 minutes is fantastic.
