Yes they are fine in an apt. Just make sure to exercise him. They ar active. They need lots of attention, they are so funny they are jokers. They are up for anything, walks, hikes ball, agility.. But they over heat easy!! they can't over heat. they are Just a great small package. They like everyone and everything. They love people and are people pleasers but a little stubborn also. They are difficult to potty train and are stubborn as hell but they will love you unconditionally and they love to cuddle up next to you.
